Skillfinch is in beta. Features, plans and limits may change, and it may have bugs. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.

Your content

Your guides, photos and training records are yours. They're encrypted on your devices before they're stored. See the privacy page for what we can and can't see.

Plans and payment

The Free plan includes 1 author, 5 guides and unlimited trainees. Training records and CSV export come with paid plans. Paid plans, add-ons and their limits are on the pricing page, along with our refund and cancellation policy. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. If you cancel, we'll remind you before anything is deleted.

A training aid, not a compliance system

Skillfinch is a training aid. It is not a validated or compliance system, and it isn't designed to meet regulated training-record or document-control requirements (for example FDA, USDA, ISO or FAA rules). If your business is regulated, you're responsible for deciding whether and how to use Skillfinch, and for validating it and keeping any official records your rules require. Training records in Skillfinch are a convenience for your team, not a certified record.

Acceptable use

Use Skillfinch for training and work instructions. Don't use it to break the law, attack the service, or store content you don't have the right to share with your team.

Ending

You can stop using Skillfinch at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No warranty

Skillfinch is provided as is. Always follow your own safety rules and the manufacturer's instructions. Guides written by your team are your team's responsibility.
