Questions
What counts as an author?
Anyone who can create or change guides (admins and authors). Trainees who only view guides are free and unlimited on every plan.
What does the extra author pack add on Plant?
Plant already has unlimited guides, so on Plant each pack adds 1 author.
What do I get with training records?
On Team and Plant, each time someone finishes a guide's check, their name, the guide, the revision and the score are saved. Only your admins can open them, and you can export them as a CSV. On Free, people can still read every guide and take its check, but the results aren't kept.
Do the built-in samples and help guides count?
No. The sample guides and the "Learn Skillfinch" guides don't count toward your plan.
Is the Free plan encrypted too?
Yes. Every plan uses the same encryption. Paid plans add authors, guides and training records, not privacy.
Refunds and canceling
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
- Yearly plans: fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. After that, cancel anytime and the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
- Your guides after you cancel: we'll remind you before anything is deleted.
